When it comes to hangover soup, the broth is important! It's delicious if you mix beef bone or meat broth and anchovy broth in a 1:1 ratio! For your information, I learned this ratio in the hotel before. If you add meat broth, it's too dry. If you mix it with anchovy broth, it's cool and delicious I replaced Seocheon with anchovy powder as a natural seasoning! If you put anchovy powder in a stew or soup with soybean paste, it can have a deep taste If you add shrimp powder and shiitake powder when you cook vegetables or clear soup
It doubles the flavor.

I made beef brisket with beef. Bone meat needs to be marinated the day before, and it takes a lot of work, so I make hangover soup with beef brisket! It doesn't taste bad, so I often do this. Please season it according to the recipe
