Cooking Steps

Add water, sugar, cinnamon stick, and clove to a pan and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes

Pour the wine over low heat and simmer for another 10 minutes

Slice apples and tangerines thinly

Put it in the wine and boil it over low heat for another 5 minutes

Adjust the amount of sugar according to the sugar content of the wine. Since fruits are boiled with peeled skin, soak them in citric acid or baking soda in the water for 10 minutes and wash them clean.
