STEP 1/8
Wash raw chicken in running cold water once and blanch it slightly with bay leaf and pepper.
It's to get rid of grease and miscellaneous odors.
STEP 2/8
Cut carrots, onions, green onions, and cheongyang peppers to your liking.
STEP 3/8
Wash bean sprouts in running water, remove the water, and prepare it
STEP 4/8
Put the blanched chicken and 5 cups of broth back in the pot and dissolve the seasoning and boil it.
(The sauce picture is missing...)
STEP 5/8
Once it boils, put all the vegetables in
STEP 6/8
Add the vegetables and add the glass noodles when it starts boiling again.
There was a lot of broth, so I didn't have to soak it in advance and cooked it right away..If the amount of broth is small, you can soak it in advance and put it in.
STEP 7/8
When the glass noodles are half cooked, put in a lot of bean sprouts
STEP 8/8
If you boil the bean sprouts until they are cooked, the bean sprouts chicken soup is complete!!
When blanching raw chicken in advance, the water starts to boil, leave it for a minute, and then turn off the gas.
I added a lot of broth and boiled it for a long time from the beginning, so the seasoning was cut off and it became more delicious..
The crunchiness of bean sprouts and the chewy texture of glass noodles made it more delicious than chicken.
