Cut the vegetables into bite-size pieces^^

Dip the mussels in cold water and trim them
There's a mesh between them, so you just have to take it off

Cut cherry tomatoes in half and prepare the ingredients. ^^ Simple, right???

Put oil in a pan and stir-fry vegetables except tomatoes
You just need to cook half of the other dishes

Put the mussels in here

I'll add white wine
Pour in enough mussels and vegetables to make it soft

Add about 5 spoons of tomato sauce You can add more, depending on your preference
Try it, taste it, and if you need more, add it

Lastly, if you add cherry tomatoes, you're done!!!

Boil the white wine for about 15 minutes to blow away the alcohol

It tastes like the vegetable soup that I used to eat at a western restaurant, so I added pepper^^
If you cook vegetables too much, they'll become mushy. You have to cook it half way to maintain the texture Don't stir-fry too much
If you don't like the unique scent and taste of white wine, mix it with water in a 1:1 ratio to create the taste you want
