STEP 1/8
1. First, rub the tangerine peel with baking soda, as in making lemon syrup.
STEP 2/8
Add about 1ts of citric acid and water and leave it there for about 10 minutes.
STEP 3/8
2. Wash tangerines once in running water and wash them with thick salt this time. Like number 1, rub the skin with a thick salt, add water, and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
STEP 4/8
3. Wash tangerines twice in running water and put them in boiling water for 10 seconds this time Then, put it on a sieve and dry it completely.
STEP 5/8
4. All the tools used to make tangerine syrup should be dry The cutting board, the knife... The tangerine... Slice the dried tangerine thinly, but the tip was removed and thrown away.
STEP 6/8
5. Since tangerines are 1kg, you need to add 1kg or 1.2kg of sugar Leave about 200g to cover the top of the tangerine and mix the rest of the sugar and tangerine together
STEP 7/8
6. Disinfect tangerines mixed with sugar and place them in a dry bottle and cover with the remaining sugar
STEP 8/8
Now, you can leave this tangerine syrup at room temperature for two to three days, age it in the refrigerator for about a month, and drink it with an ade or tea. And the pulp of tangerine syrup can be used as jam later, so make tangerine jam, too.
Tangerine syrup can cause mold, so I was told to put in the same amount of sugar as tangerines or 20% more
