Black-bean-sauce noodles
It's handmade jajangmyeon made with fried chunjang. Stir-fried black bean paste, it's not dry and it adds flavor. I made the texture of chewing with plain pork and various vegetables. It was so delicious that I thought of health that I felt like I was at a Chinese restaurant.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut cabbage, onions, and potatoes into similar sizes to make them easy to eat. I prepared minced pork, but if you want to feel the chewing taste, you can cut the lump of meat.

Put a generous amount of black bean paste and oil in a pan and stir-fry it over low heat.
STEP 3/7
Remove the stir-fried chunjang and stir-fry the pork, ginger, and garlic in the remaining oil, and then stir-fry all the vegetables that were cut.

When the potatoes are cooked to a certain extent, add chunjang and stir-fry evenly, then pour water and boil.

Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt, etc. and mix starch and water to adjust the concentration little by little.

Prepare the noodles in boiling water.

Put the noodles on a plate, pour enough jajangmyeon, and add a bit of cucumber salad to complete the jajangmyeon
