Brown rice powder tote pancake

Cooking Steps

I think it was a wise choice to add 1/3 of the flour. If you put in all the brown rice powder that has a strong savory taste.. I thought it would be too greasy for a side dish.

Put 1 cup of water and a tote into the dough and mix them well.

After pouring cooking oil on a heated pan, I took a spoonful of batter and fried it until it was golden brown. The color was too black, so I cut the green pepper and put it on top of the garnish.

Tot jeon with brown rice powder has a very savory taste. But based on my taste, I think it's too greasy to just eat it. Make sure to eat it with spicy red pepper paste.
1. Instead of 1 cup of brown rice powder, you can mix 2/3 cup of brown rice powder and 1/3 cup of pancake powder.
