When I was organizing the side dishes of the refrigerator, a bowl of sour young radish kimchi came out. It's a bit sour to just eat it, so I ate it up. You have to hold a little more water than stir-fry and boil the radish until it's cooked.

If the color isn't that good, you can sprinkle a little bit of red pepper powder. Turn the heat to low and when the water boils down, pour a little more and boil the radish until it is soft.

It looks like fried radish with kimchi. The radish is chewed gently, so it's good for young children to eat, and the elderly like it. My husband also said it tasted good, so he put water on it and ate it.
