STEP 1/5
Cut the onions into bite-sized pieces, cut the kimchi into long pieces, and prepare the kimchi with plenty of seasoning, and slice the green onions and peppers.
STEP 2/5
Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. I prepared sliced pork.
STEP 3/5
Put the meat in an earthen pot (pot), add 4 to 500ml of rice water (if not, with regular water or broth) and boil it to make the pork oil and broth come out.
STEP 4/5
Add kimchi and green onion, onion and fine pepper powder 1TS, thick pepper powder 1TS, minced garlic 1TS, soy sauce 1TS, and salted shrimp 1TS and boil it well. (It looked like it was boiling in a short time on the show, but when I actually boiled it, it tasted like 30 minutes, and the kimchi was cooked well.)
STEP 5/5
Boil it over medium and low heat, but if you don't see enough kimchi stew soup in the middle, add more rice water or add more water. Lastly, when it's all boiled, taste it and add soy sauce or salt to make the Jongwon Baek kimchi stew with a good and deep taste.
Pork doesn't matter, but I recommend pork neck, hind legs, and forelegs
