STEP 1/15
Please prepare the ingredients!
STEP 2/15
Add a little more oil to the pan, add 3 spoons of black soybean paste, and stir-fry as if frying in oil.
(On the show, boil enough oil to fry)
STEP 3/15
When the chunjang is filled with oil and the gloss is revived, the oil is left and only the chunjang is left separately.
STEP 4/15
All the ingredients are chopped and prepared.
STEP 5/15
Place more than half the water in a saucepan for spaghetti and add 1 tablespoon of salt. When the water boils, add the noodles and check if it is cooked after 7-8 minutes.
STEP 6/15
In a deep frying pan or pot, stir-fry the green onions with a little oil left over.
STEP 7/15
If it smells like green onions, stir-fry the meat first. You can cut the pork and stir-fry it.
STEP 8/15
Cook potatoes that take time to cook first.
STEP 9/15
When the potatoes are almost cooked, add onions/cabbage and stir-fry.
STEP 10/15
By the time the onion is clear, stir-fry the zucchini/mushrooms.
STEP 11/15
Add 1 spoon of sugar and stir-fry vegetables.
STEP 12/15
Add the stir-fried chunjang little by little and stir-fry. Add the amount of black bean paste to your liking.
STEP 13/15
Pour 1 to 2 cups of water here and add starch water when it boils.
STEP 14/15
Adjust the concentration of starch water by pouring it little by little.
STEP 15/15
Drain spaghetti noodles by holding them on a sieve.
You can make starch water by adjusting the ratio of starch to water. Rather than pouring a lot at a time, pour it little by little and adjust the concentration. If you bring cucumbers and sesame seeds, you're done with the refreshing and savory jajangmyeon!
