Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Peel the lotus root with a potato knife.
STEP 2/8

Put lotus root in a pot and add 3T of vinegar. The reason why I put vinegar is to get rid of the Arin flavor of lotus roots. Add 1/2T of salt and simmer until lotus root is half cooked.

STEP 6/8
Put lotus root and sauce in a pot and boil it over high heat, and when the water boils down to a certain extent, change it to medium heat and boil it down.
