Fried lotus roots
I heard lotus roots help you concentrate, but I don't really like foods made with lotus roots, so I made them into fried foods, and they really like it Originally, it was made as a side dish, but it's good as a snack or beer^^ Dip it in sweet chili sauce. It's fantastic~~^^

  • lotus root

Cooking Steps

Wash the lotus root and peel it with a potato peeler

Fry over medium heat until golden brown and remove the color first~~
STEP 5/5
It's fried for too long, so you can't eat it because it's bitter even if it's a little darker. If it's colored, you have to take it out right away~~^^
