Chinese Hotteok
Chinese Hotteok made with tortilla and injeolmi in the freezer! The outside is crispy and the inside is chewy, so the texture is very good. It's a more savory hotteok with injeolmi. Enjoy winter snacks with warm Chinese injeolmi hotteok these cold days.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
When the injeolmi in the freezer is melted at room temperature, some parts are chewy and some parts are hard. It's good to grill it on a low heat in a frying pan. I cut 2 rows of Injeolmi into 0.5cm thick pieces with scissors.
STEP 2/6
I mixed 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds. You can put the nuts in the house.
STEP 3/6
Place an 8-inch tortilla and top it with 1/2 of the prepared injeolmi.
STEP 4/6
And put the prepared brown sugar evenly on top of the injeolmi. Put injeolmi on top of sugar again so that it doesn't overlap.
STEP 5/6
And cover it with half a tortilla. The two tortilla chalho cakes were baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
STEP 6/6
One tortilla chalhotteok was placed on a heated pan and baked on the lowest possible heat. Make sure you cover it. Since there is no lid, I covered it with another pan. It turns brown for 2 minutes in front and back, so bake it.
