If you're going to make kimchi dumplings, you can add ripe kimchi here
Shred the inside of the kimchi and remove the water

Blanch bean sprouts in water with a little salt and squeeze the water out
Remove as much moisture as possible and chop it

Pour hot water over the glass noodles and cook them
After removing the water, cut it into small pieces with scissors and season with soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil

Season with chopped green onions, garlic, pepper, soy sauce, salt, ginger powder, and cooking wine

Crush the tofu with the back of a knife and put it in a cloth to remove the moisture as much as possible

Cut the chives into half the size of the little nails and add bean sprouts and noodles

Add seasoned meat, mashed tofu and egg yolk and beat

I didn't have enough seasoning, so I added 1 tablespoon of salt, pepper, and soy sauce
