Please prepare the ingredients!

Prepare the ingredients by cutting them into pieces. Chop up the garlic.

Place sliced onions and 1/3 cup cashew nuts in a saucepan and add water to fill with ingredients.

Grind the tomatoes finely in a blender and place them in a bowl.

Put all the boiled onions & cashew nuts in a blender.

Grind it finely.

Grease a suitable size pan or pot, add 1/2T of minced garlic and 1/2T of minced ginger (ginseng powder) and stir-fry scented.

Add ground tomatoes and boil them down to drain the water, 1/2 red pepper powder 1/2 Garammasala (abbreviated) Add a pinch of salt, 1/2 sugar and stir-fry. Add chopped spinach and white sauce (onions & cashew nuts) and mix well.

Mix well, then add cottage cheese (using uncooked raw cheese)
STEP 10/12
When it boils, add half a spoon of butter and simmer until the butter is completely melted.
STEP 11/12
Finish with 2T of whipped cream.
STEP 12/12
Spinach curry is done.
I heard on the show that you can use cube cheese instead of cottage cheese. I think you can replace it with easy-to-get cheese! Add or subtract the amount of cheese and butter to your liking :)
