Ugly bread
If I buy bread, the expiration date is approaching, but there are too many left, right? Then what? Make ugly bread right away. It transforms into a more stylish and delicious snack with sweet and sour dried fruits and savory nuts. Even if it doesn't look good, it's an ugly bread that's as good as a taste. If you eat it with milk, it tastes so good!!!

Ingredients
  • a plain bread
    8piece
  • egg
    1ea
  • raisin
  • Nuts
  • vanilla oil
    2drop
  • unsalted butter
    100g
  • Sugar
    60g
  • cinnamon powder
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Prepare the bread by cutting it into 2x2cm pieces. Lightly beat butter at room temperature and cream it. Add sugar about 2 times and mix to avoid a lot of grime. Beat in eggs at room temperature. Beat the eggs in another bowl and divide them about twice to reduce the risk of butter separation. Add 2 drops of vanilla oil and mix with cinnamon powder to taste. Add the pre-soaked raisins and mix. I put warm water and red wine in a 2:1 ratio. Just warm water is fine. Sweet and sour is delicious even if you add various dried fruits such as dried cranberries and apricots. If you have a variety of nuts, mince them and put them in.
STEP 2/3
Add the pre-cut bread and mix evenly with a spatula. It's about the size of a fist. If it clumps together, it can break while baking, so it's better to clump a little tightly.
STEP 3/3
Bake in a 180-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. It depends on the oven, so you can bake it until the outside turns golden. The outside is grilled lightly, so it has a slightly crispy texture, and the inside is slightly moist. I just ate half of it, and half of it was a mixture of sugar and cinnamon powder, and I rolled it on the surface.
