Cooking Steps: STEP 1/5

Cut the cucumber into half-moon shapes as thin as possible
The thinner it is, the better it is to chew when stir-fried.
Chop the medium green onions (or green onions) and slice the cheongyang peppers thinly.

STEP 2/5

First, scramble the eggs and prepare them separately

STEP 3/5
