Pork kimchi stew is ruined if it smells like yellow!! If the meat is fresh, it doesn't smell, but just in case, I added ginger powder, garlic, and rice wine, mixed them, and stir-fried them over high heat. You have to stir-fry pork enough to avoid the smell.

If you don't have 2 cups of stock (anchovy + kelp + radish), you can replace it with water or add rice water. Add 3 spoons of kimchi soup. If you add kimchi soup, it adds flavor.

Kimchi-jjigae with pork is done. It's like meat-jjigae with too much meat-jjjigae. It's delicious because I put pork in it for the first time in a while. If you cut the peppers, the spicy ones taste good. Simple dinner menu, kimchi stew is good!
