STEP 1/9
I think there are always too many bananas when I buy them. It gets dark after a day because children don't eat it when it gets dark. I get sick of eating only one or two. So I'll make fruit chips for half of it
STEP 2/9
I don't think it's good if it's too thick. About 0.5cm is just right.
STEP 3/9
There are four small bananas in one tray. I cut a total of 8 pieces and set it at an angle and let it go.
STEP 4/9
When making liquid fruit chips, I cut an apple because it would be too wasteful to do two rounds. Cut out the middle seeds with a knife. A knife is dangerous, so be careful.
STEP 5/9
I cut this into 0.5cm pieces, too. I think the thickness will be okay up to 1cm.
STEP 6/9
There's an apple in one tray. I'm really curious how it'll dry up well.
STEP 7/9
I don't eat kiwis when the kids shave them, so I'll just dry them all. I think it went in 5-6 times per round.
STEP 8/9
Persimmons from the countryside are filled in the veranda and refrigerator. 2 plates in total. I cut 5 pieces and put them on the plate. I used sweet persimmons.
STEP 9/9
I turned 70 degrees for 10 hours with a liquid. I think 7 hours of apples, 9 hours of kiwi and persimmon, and 10 hours of bananas are good. It's like a fruit chip. You can choose one according to your personal preference. But it's not good to eat persimmons and bananas together. Caution. The banana wasn't as good as I thought. I think it's better to just eat. The children are eating one by one after drying it, so I'll have to take out fruit chips as snacks for the children for the time being. Yes. Store it in a glass airtight container.
