Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Flatten the bread by pressing it with your palm.
You can use a roller or a bottle.

Add the sausage and roll it like a roll of kimbap.
STEP 3/5
Beat the eggs and place the bread in a container for the rolled bread.
When you roll the bread, you have to dip the interlocking part downward so that the part is wet enough so that the bread does not unfold.
For the rest, roll the bread once or twice and coat it with egg wash lightly.

Roll the bread with egg wash on the bread crumbs and coat it with bread crumbs evenly.
Then, cover the preheated frying pan with enough oil, and when the oil is hot enough, add the bread and bake over low heat, turning one side at a time.

When you can see that the part that touches the bottom of the frying pan is golden, return the other side that is not baked.
When all sides are cooked to a crisp, it's done.
