I made sweet pumpkin for my nephew who eats everything I made

  • sweet pumpkin

    1.5cup
  • a sun-dried salt
    1/3spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Prepare two sweet pumpkin that is about the size of a rice bowl to a soup bowl.
STEP 2/14
Cut the head and tail on top and then cut it in half.
I'm not good at using a knife... The stomach remained;;; later I split it in half and cut it again.
You can scoop up the seeds with a spoon.

Pour water into the pot and add the sliced sweet pumpkin on top
Steam it after closing the lid.
I was supposed to peel off the skin with a knife after steaming...
After microwaveing for about 2 minutes, peel potatoes with a knife,
You can wash it clean and peel it.

The water boils and steams the sweet pumpkin with steam.
I boiled it well :)
You can skip the steaming part of the pumpkin, remove the skin and seeds, cut them, and boil them with rice.

When you buy rice cooker, put 1 cup and 1/2 of rice in it and wash it
I put 750ml of water and soaked it for about 30 minutes.

You can grind rice or add glutinous rice powder, but for the texture
I'm going to boil the rice for a long time

I peeled the pumpkin while the rice was cooked over medium heat.

The water must have boiled down, so pour 500ml more.

Add sea salt for the liver and season it.
Boil it in a gas stove for 20 minutes with the heat just before it goes out.
Stir from time to time :)

Sweet pumpkin's sweetness and sun-dried salt are harmonized, so it's simple and not irritating :)
In the picture, it's cold pumpkin porridge...
You can add it if you like the sweetness or if you can add it to the sweetness.
I think it would be good to make a lot and freeze it in a baby food container and eat it if you need it. Additional broccoli or onions would have tasted better and the color would have been better :) What I heard in the square lunch box was made with pumpkin shells
