Making garlic soy sauce chicken

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash the chicken clean, remove any unnecessary oil, and soak it in milk. Marinate for about 30 minutes to remove the smell

Make cuts in the middle of the chicken. And season with salt and pepper

Place the marinated chicken on a paper foil and bake it in the oven. You don't have to put paper foil on it. There's oil here and there...It's hard to clean up. I turned the oven at 185 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes. Please turn the chicken upside down and check.

I made the sauce while the chicken was reading in the oven. 3 spoons of minced garlic. You can put in as much as you want.

Add 5 spoons of soy sauce, oyster sauce 1, grain syrup 2, sugar 1, mirin 2, and half a cup of water. (Instead of grain syrup, use oligosaccharide and honey) Taste the sauce before boiling. If it's too salty, add sugar or water.

Bring to a boil. And add starch in water here.

War in the oven? The chicken oil is a joke...Cut the burnt part of the oven with scissors. Please check if the chicken is fully cooked before mixing it with the sauce.
