STEP 1/14
Pour water into a suitable pan and simmer.
STEP 2/14
While the water is boiling, drain the whelk into a sieve or basket and separate it from the soup. But don't throw away all the soup and leave about 3-5 tablespoons.
STEP 3/14
And don't leave the whelks alone, just put them in slightly warm water. I don't know about other people, but I put it in warm water and use it.
STEP 4/14
And put 3 to 5 tablespoons of whelk soup separately in a small container.
STEP 5/14
The water is starting to boil while I touch the whelk for a while. Add noodles when the water boils like this. Now put the noodles for 2 people in the pan.
STEP 6/14
Then let stand for a while and pour in a cup of cold water when it starts to boil again. And let the noodles slightly meet the air with chopsticks. Then you can eat more chewy noodles.
STEP 7/14
When the noodles are all boiled, let's go to the cold water. They said we should give them a cold shower like washing them in the cold water, so they took a cold shower. But after doing this, I think it smells less of flour and tastes better.
STEP 8/14
Now stir-fry the vegetables slightly in the pan. You don't have to put cooking oil on it. I just put in vegetables and stir-fried it slightly, but it didn't burn. It's not cooked completely, but it's very breathtaking, so you don't have to put cooking oil around it.
STEP 9/14
You can make the seasoning in advance or you can make something else like me, but I made the seasoning after boiling the vegetables and noodles. 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of starch syrup, 1 tablespoon of plum syrup, 0.5 tablespoon of salt, 3 tablespoon of whelk soup
STEP 10/14
Seasoned...This is based on my taste, so you can add seasoning little by little to suit your taste here.
STEP 11/14
I cut all the whelks in this size. You can just eat it, but it's a little big, so I cut it with scissors once in a while.
STEP 12/14
Now put the whelk and all the ingredients in one place. First, add the whelk, then the stir-fried vegetables, and then add the seasoning. And stir it so that it mixes well
STEP 13/14
I used chopsticks to mix the sauce and whelk well. You can use a spoon or hand, or you can use chopsticks like me.
STEP 14/14
Lastly, add the noodles. And lastly, mix noodles and whelk. It was delicious when I made it after a long time.
