I have to eat lunch alone, but I don't like rice and I want to eat noodles. So I was thinking about what to make and there was whelk in the refrigerator, so I made and ate it.

Cooking Steps

Pour water into a suitable pan and simmer.

While the water is boiling, drain the whelk into a sieve or basket and separate it from the soup. But don't throw away all the soup and leave about 3-5 tablespoons.

And don't leave the whelks alone, just put them in slightly warm water. I don't know about other people, but I put it in warm water and use it.

And put 3 to 5 tablespoons of whelk soup separately in a small container.

The water is starting to boil while I touch the whelk for a while. Add noodles when the water boils like this. Now put the noodles for 2 people in the pan.

Then let stand for a while and pour in a cup of cold water when it starts to boil again. And let the noodles slightly meet the air with chopsticks. Then you can eat more chewy noodles.

When the noodles are all boiled, let's go to the cold water. They said we should give them a cold shower like washing them in the cold water, so they took a cold shower. But after doing this, I think it smells less of flour and tastes better.
