Easy and convenient Spanish home cooking!!! Gambas al-Ahiyo. It's a Spanish home-style dish that I introduced in What I'm going to eat today. Gambas al-Ahiyo is a very simple but delicious shrimp dish.

Ingredients

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Stir and prepare whole garlic not thin. Please cut the chili peppers and prepare them. If you have rat poop peppers or peperocino instead of cheongyang peppers, you can prepare them.

Take off the head of the raw shrimp, peel the skin, and peel the tail well, so that the tail doesn't fall off.

First, put it on a kitchen towel and drain it.

Season the shrimp. Sprinkle with a little pepper, salt and basil powder and marinade.

Put olive oil in the pan so that you think it's a little too much. It's like eating olive oil soup. Add chopped garlic and cheongyang red pepper and stir-fry them.
