STEP 1/4
Add the kelp water ingredients and when the water boils, remove the kelp, turn off the heat, add bonito, and strain it through a sieve after 5 minutes.
Cut beef brisket into bite-size pieces, and shred onions thinly.

When it boils up in a pot with 2/3 cups of bonito soup and ingredients for rice bowl soup, add onions and beef brisket, boil until beef brisket is slightly cooked, and then turn off the heat.
STEP 4/4
Put cooked beef brisket and onions on top of the rice, put a half-cooked egg in the middle, and put sliced green onions on top!
