A bowl of beef oyster mushroom soup
My three men brought me a lot of different dishes for me, who I haven't been able to eat properly because I've been treated, so I'm eating hard and gaining fat again. ^ ^;; Today, I'm going to show you the beef oyster mushroom soup that makes you empty a bowl of rice in the cool soup that you made yesterday.

  • Korean style soy sauce

  • Sesame oil

  • Water

  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add the seasoning ingredients for the beef and mix well. Blanch oyster mushrooms in boiling water and tear them to the grain. Cut the radish into bite-size pieces, and slice the green onions.
STEP 2/5
Put sesame oil in a hot pot, stir-fry the seasoned beef, and then add radish,

Add oyster mushroom,
STEP 4/5
Add water and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
When it boils up, lower the heat to medium and remove the rising foam.

Lastly, put in the green onion and season it. Done!!!
