making grape jam
I got a box of grapes, but my family doesn't really like grapes that much, so I don't know when it'll come out in the refrigerator, so it'd be better to make it with jam when it's fresh at allI want to start making jjamppong right away!! Without any additives, I'm going to squeeze out only 100% of the undiluted grape solution and make it by myself

Ingredients
  • grape
    6piece
  • Sugar
    1kg
  • lemon juice
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
First, I'm going to use the grape peel, so wash it very clean. First, soak the pine mushrooms in baking soda water for about 10 minutes, remove each grain, soak them in vinegar water for another 5 minutes, and rinse them in clean water again. Drain and prepare clean grapes in a basket.
STEP 2/13
Put the washed grapes in the extractor, turn them around, and lower them with the extract. If there is no extractor, put the grapes in a pot and boil them until they are crushed, then put them in a sieve and extract the seeds and skin to give the grape extract.
STEP 3/13
After I finished the juice, I got exactly 2L of grape juice.
STEP 4/13
Put the grape juice in a pot and start boiling. You have to boil and boil down this undiluted solution for quite a long time to make jam, but it may boil and overflow, and the jam may pop up later, so it's better to use a large and deep pot as much as possible.
STEP 5/13
The floor can be burnt or pressed, so keep stirring with a spatula
STEP 6/13
When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium low, and remove the foam from the top,
STEP 7/13
Add sugar and simmer stirring constantly.
STEP 8/13
It takes too long to keep it on low heat, so if it boils up, turn it down to low heat, and then turn it back to medium heat. I adjusted the heat and boiled it down for about 40 minutes.
STEP 9/13
The amount has decreased a lot, and the color has gotten a lot darker, right? If you boil it down to the same concentration, it can cool it down and become too hard, so you have to boil it down until it's a bit watery.
STEP 10/13
If you think it's okay to boil it down, add 1T of lemon juice and stir to finish.
STEP 11/13
Disinfect it in boiling water and put the hot jam in a dried bottle right away, close the lid, leave it at room temperature, and leave it in the refrigerator to eat.
STEP 12/13
I took out a spoon the next day to see if the jam was done properly, and it was completed at the concentration I wanted. I've made grape jam a couple of times, and it's my first time making grape jam, and I've completed grape jam with the most satisfactory look so far!!
STEP 13/13
Since I made jam, I should put it on the bread and eat it, right? While waiting for Jjaem to cool down, knead it quickly and spread a lot of grape jam on the baked bread to make it taste good. It is made of 100% grape undiluted solution with minimal sugar, so you don't know how strong the aroma and taste of the grapes are.
