Okonomiyaki pizza with a familiar but new flavor
I really like Japanese food! I don't really eat pancakes, but I really like okonomiyaki. I used to buy and eat it in Izakaya, where I used to live, but now that I moved to the neighborhood, I had no choice but to make and eat it. Okonomiyaki pizza, which is very simple to make but was not easy to make. I thought it'd be nice to make it on top of the dough, so I made it.

Cooking Steps

As Hwadok Pizza is a pizza that can be eaten easily, it's better to make it without putting too much toppings. The ingredients are simply shredded cabbage, onions, small slices of squid, and jumbo shrimp.

I preheated the oven at 390 degrees for 10 minutes and started topping on top of the defrosted dough at room temperature for about 5 minutes. First, sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese on the bottom and spread cabbage and sliced onions on top.

Roll a lot of mozzarella cheese on the top and place the washed and trimmed prawns and squid slices on top.

Place the pizza dough in the oven of the G3 Ferrari oven, which has been preheated for 10 minutes, and start baking for 5 minutes. When baking pizza with moist ingredients, white steam rises through the hole on the side.

After 5 minutes, you can see that the cheese melts and the dough and seafood are all cooked deliciously. When I kept the dough frozen, the tip was slightly folded, but I put it in and baked it, and the part that was lifted was slightly burnt.

Sprinkle mayonnaise and okonomiyaki sauce evenly throughout, then add katsuobushi, the highlight of okonomiyaki.
