Making dried pollack bean sprout hangover soup in Jeonju
It must have been our honeymoon. I lived in Jamsil at that time, but I think I had Jeonju bean sprout hangover soup for the first time. As far as I remember, it was the best time After that, sometimes when I do hangover soup, I only look for Jeonju bean sprout hangover soup. (You can't even drink a lot of alcohol lol)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I mix the broth separately.
That's how it tastes better. (This is my subjective opinion
Add the stock ingredients and let it boil.
STEP 2/7
Wash the bean sprouts clean and blanch them slightly in hot water.
STEP 3/7
Remove the blanched bean sprouts and wash them in cold water
STEP 4/7
Drain the stock and mix the blanched bean sprouts in a 1:1 ratio.
Tear dried pollack in this broth and boil it with the broth.
STEP 5/7
Chop the green onion and chop the cheongyang pepper.
I'll season the broth with soy sauce
Put rice in an earthen pot, put bean sprouts on top, put green onions and peppers, and pour the broth.
You can put salted shrimp, seaweed powder, and perilla powder on top according to your preference.
You can just break the egg and mix it when it's hot.
You can make poached eggs and eat them separately.
How to make poached eggs
Put a little bit of sesame oil on a stainless steel bowl (this is not to stick)
STEP 6/7
Cook in hot water slowly by double boiling. Then poached eggs are done!
STEP 7/7
If you heat up the earthen pot one more time, it's done.
You can eat poached eggs separately or mix them together and eat them with seaweed flakes. The version with perilla powder is savory and clean if you take out the powder,
