Cheese hotteok snack recipe
It's a cheese hotteok that's sweet and fun to eat. The sweet hotteok-so and salty cheese taste are combined to make it more rich.

  • Hotteok mix
  • Hotteok jam mix
  • Cream cheese
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add 180ml (1 cup paper cup) of warm water and yeast and stir evenly with a spatula.

Add the mix to the yeast water and knead gently with a spatula for about 5-10 minutes.

I added a little less water, so it became a little dry. I'll knead it evenly.
