It's been a while since I craved kimchi pancake.. Yogi is Bolivia, where cabbage is not available except for being cultivated in small quantities in Copia to spread Korean food culture in very few areas (Kochabamba).. Before that, I made kimchi pancake with cabbage kimchi which was made as a substitute for kimchi. There was no pancake powder, so I put a boiled egg rolling around the house together because I wanted to add a bit of texture with flour, and it was delicious lol

Cooking Steps

Little Maro doesn't have cabbage kimchi, so I just used cabbage kimchi, but if you have cabbage kimchi at home, please use it!!!
