Spread the chicory, put the rice, sprinkle half of the tsuyu mixed with radish, and put the steak.
Sprinkle the rest of the tsuyu, put the chopped green onions on top, squeeze the wasabi on one side, and sprinkle the steak sauce to finish!
First, sprinkle half of the rice mixed with radish, top with steak, and then sprinkle with the rest, so that the rice and meat blend well.
It's refreshing and delicious if you put wasabi on the meat little by little and eat it together.
