STEP 1/8
Cut the cabbage into quarters, wash it clean, and sprinkle salt evenly. I can't tell you exactly how much salt it is, but spray it to the point where you think it's too easy. If you use less radish, the cabbage won't pickle, so sprinkle it evenly between the cabbage leaves. I think it will take about 6 to 7 hours to pickle.

Wash the pickled cabbage clean in water and put it in a bowl.

Add 3 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of glutinous rice and add the glutinous rice paste to the filling.

Chop half a radish and a carrot.

Grind one pear, one apple and two small onions in a blender.

I don't have a big ball at home, so I mixed it in a kimchi container. Add shredded radish, carrot, ground pear, apple, onion, and cold glutinous rice paste, add 1 tablespoon of garlic and 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder and mix.
