Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Cut off the fins of the mackerel, wash it in cold water, and divide it into three parts.
STEP 2/3
Place mackerel in a concave pan and add green onions, cheongyang red pepper, garlic, and ginger on top of it, and pour water into the prepared sauce.
STEP 3/3
Boil it with seasoning and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds at the end.
