Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Slice the cabbage diagonally and marinate it with salt.We have to wash it anyway, so you can add salt without mercy.
STEP 2/8
If you pour water between the cabbages, the cabbages will be pickled easily.
STEP 3/8
Wash the pickled cabbage in water for about 40 minutes.
STEP 4/8
Make a sauce to mix the cabbage.
1 cup of red pepper powder
half a cup of ground garlic
two-thirds cup of sugar
2/3 cup anchovy sauce
1 tablespoon salted shrimp
It's like ginger
The method is to add fish sauce to red pepper powder and gently dissolve it, and then add the rest of the seasoning ingredients to make the color come out well.

Pickled cabbage and green onions

If the color and seasoning don't match - Seasoning
If it's seasoned but you don't like the color - red pepper powder
The color is okay, but if it's not seasoned... - Salt
Put it in and make it taste good.
Mix it tightly so that the seasoning gets soaked well.
STEP 7/8
If the liver and color match, add chives and mix them gently so that the chives don't crack.

    The cabbage is expensive, so I cut radish and made it based on the seasoning of the fresh kimchi. It's a bit salty because I only used half of the radish, but it's delicious!!!
