Seasoned zucchini bean sprouts/Easy and simple rice side dishes
This dish is seasoned bean sprouts, which is one of the basics of rice dishes. Some people might wonder what kind of dish this is because it's so easy, but the basics are harder to taste!!! Today, I prepared seasoned bean sprouts with zucchini, which is more colorful and nutritious.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
First, boil the bean sprouts.
Put bean sprouts in boiling water, cover the lid (it smells fishy when you open the lid ^^) and boil it for about 2 minutes
Dip lightly in cold water and drain to prepare.

There are people who squeeze the bean sprouts with their hands to get rid of the water
If you do that, the bean sprouts will become too thin and tough, so just drain them on a strainer tray.

Chop the green onion into small pieces.
I cut a little bit of the leaves of the green onion, but if you have chives, use it
