Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Put the sauce ingredients in a pot and boil for about 2 minutes to dissolve the sugar. Boil the kelp water ingredients in another pot, and when the water boils, remove the kelp and boil it for about 3 minutes to filter it out.

Cut tofu into bite-size pieces, drain and bake in a dry pan.

Cut the onion into quarters thickly, and slice the green onion diagonally.
Cut cabbage into bite-size pieces, cut shiitake mushrooms into columns, and put star-shaped cuts in the middle.
Blanch konjac and silgonjac slightly in boiling water, soak in cold water, and sieve to remove moisture.
