Ripe Kimchi Stew recipe
It's kimchi-making season these days, so a lot of people make kimchi I still have last year's kimchi left, so I have to take care of it Lol There's nothing like kimchi stew at times like this!!

  • Kimchi

  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • canned tuna
    1ea
  • Anchovy pack again
  • Sesame oil

  • Sugar
    1T
  • crushed garlic
    1/2T
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1T
  • Red pepper powder
    1T
  • Salt
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Ingredients: a bowl of kimchi (soup bowl), 1/2 green onion, 1 cheongyang pepper, 1/2 onion, 1/2 tofu, 1 can of tuna
1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon red pepper powder, salt, seafood pack
STEP 2/10
Cut 1/2 onions, 1/2 green onions, 1 cheongyang pepper, and 1/2 tofu into vegetables and cut tofu into bite-sized pieces to prepare the ingredients.
I like it when I start cooking after preparing the ingredients
STEP 3/10
Prepare 3 bowls of water in a pot and use a pack to make broth.
If you don't have a pack again, it's good to make broth with anchovies and kelp lights.
STEP 4/10
Now put 1 spoon of sesame oil into the pot for tuna kimchi stew and add kimchi.
Then add 1 spoonful of sugar.
STEP 5/10
Stir-fry the kimchi until it is ripe enough.
STEP 6/10
When kimchi is cooked to a certain extent, add 1/2 onion slices.
STEP 7/10
Add the stock that has been served.
STEP 8/10
Add 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of red pepper powder, and 1/2 spoon of minced garlic.
If it's not enough, use salt
STEP 9/10
Since it's tuna kimchi stew, we need tuna, right?
Throw away the oil from the tuna and add only the tuna.
If you add oil, the kimchi stew can become greasy.
STEP 10/10
When it starts to boil, add Cheongyang red pepper, green onion, and tofu and boil it for 2-3 more minutes, and it's done!!!!

    I'm a beginner at cooking, and I'm trying a lot of things LOL Since we don't have broth, we just used water, so we put it three times with less water than a full rice bowl. The rest of the ingredients and seasoning are the same, and the ripe kimchi is full of rice bowl, and it tastes so good.. Thank you It's so delicious if you mix it with rice..

    It was more delicious because it was old kimchi, but I put in minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and everything again, but why is there not enough..But I enjoyed the food It's delicious to eat doenjang jjigae and kimchi jjigae with fried eggs!
