One-bite salmon wrap (salmon salad) Salmon finger food salad rec
A bite of salmon wrap that I made with the memory of the taste while looking around the old recipe after a long time! I feel like my senses haven't died yet~~ Even our Bongbong, who doesn't enjoy salmon, gave us thumbs up! It's perfect for serving guests It's a great salad even if you make it like this in advance and put it cold on the table as an epi! Shred the crunchy lettuce and paprika, roll it in salmon, and put salmon rice on top, and I love the sweet and sour flavor ^^ The sauce is cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, and very simple Carrots, onions, pickles, finely chopped to give them a chewy texture.

Cooking Steps

Dip lettuce leaves in cold water. When it becomes plump, strain it through a sieve.

Two small paprika! I often eat paprika because it's cheap these days. First, remove the seeds and chop them slightly thickly into 4 centimeters long.

Spread salmon, top with paprika and roll. It's actually really good even if you eat it as it is. Smoked salmon has its own seasoning, so it's good as a side dish for drinking. It's delicious because the texture is chewy.

I'll make salmon rice. It's actually a sauce, but there are a lot of crunchy ingredients, so I always call it salmon rice. There are a lot of ingredients that go in, but I only put onions, carrots, and pickles in the summary. The salmon itself tastes good, so this is enough.

Chop the onions into small pieces. Dip in cold water, remove the spicy taste for about 10 minutes, strain it through a sieve, and drain thoroughly using a kitchen towel.

Prepare pickles and carrots by chopping them into small pieces like onions.

Gently fold cream cheese at room temperature, add mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice and stir well. And mix it evenly with the chopped vegetables, and that's it!
