Soft egg tofu soup
Eggs and tofu are good for any dish because of their good price and nutritional value. I don't think there will be any side dishes as much as eggs and tofu. Both are high in protein and are very good for growing children. Today, I'm going to make a soft egg tofu soup. It kind of seems like Chinese style. If you want to make it more Chinese style, you can add starch water here. It's easy to make and the ingredients are simple, so it's perfect when you don't have the right soup. You'll be surprised if you taste it compared to the cost of the ingredients.

Cooking Steps

First, I make kelp water to make egg tofu soup. Add kelp to 1 liter of water, and wipe the white part of the kelp with a wet dishcloth. Soak it for 30 minutes to an hour. And put it in a pot to boil.

Cut tofu into cubes to remove moisture and coat it with flour.
STEP 3/9
Remove the egg strings (it has a lot of cholesterol, so make sure to remove it) and mix it with half a tablespoon of cooking wine and salted shrimp (if you don't have it, just add 1 tablespoon of salted shrimp). Cooking alcohol removes the fishy smell of eggs.

Put flour-coated tofu in an evenly mixed egg, and when the kelp water boils, the kelp is quickly removed. This is because the essence comes out of the kelp if you boil it for a long time.

When the kelp water boils, add the tofu with egg on it.

And slowly add the remaining egg water. Don't stir at this time. This is to make the egg look round. Leave the heat off for about 30 seconds. Then, turn on the heat again and add chives and green peppers when it boils.

Cut the chives into bite-size pieces, and slice the red pepper diagonally. If you have crab sticks or crab sticks, it smells good and is soft, so it's good, and the color is pretty.

Turn off the heat for 30 seconds, then turn it back on, and when it boils, add the crami and add the chives and green peppers.
