Making gyudon with Japanese-style beef rice

Ingredients
  • Bulgogi

  • Shiitake mushroom

  • Water

  • instant rice

  • egg

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Chop the onion and shiitake mushrooms. Season the meat with 2 spoons of cooking wine and 1 tock with pepper.
STEP 2/4
Place water and tsuyu in a saucepan and place onions on top of shiitake mushrooms on bottom and simmer.
STEP 3/4
When the seasoning starts to cut into the onion color, add the seasoned meat.
STEP 4/4
Boil the until it's ready. Put rice in a bowl and pour the boiled ingredients on top of it, slice green onions, garnish, and add egg yolk at the end to complete the warm autumn dish, Japanese-style beef over rice gyudon.
