Ingredients
  • Chili peppers

  • Red pepper powder

  • Sugar
    1/2TS
  • Sesame
    1/2TS
  • ground pepper
    little
  • Soy sauce
    2TS
  • Sesame oil
    1TS
  • Garlic
    little
  • Scallions
    2ea
  • the liquid of tuna
    1/2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash the top of the pepper separately and blanch it with a little salt in boiling water. Just a little bit. Just put it in and stir it out.
STEP 2/5
Take it out and rinse it in cold water. Cut the big ones in half.
STEP 3/5
I add seasoning while remembering the taste I had then. I added chili powder, sugar, sesame salt, pepper, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, chives, and tuna sauce little by little.

When you mix it gently, it smells like savory sesame oil
STEP 5/5
It's slightly blanched, so the crunchiness of the pepper is alive and I think it tastes better when I eat it with the seasoning.
