  • Pork
    200g
  • Carrot
    1/3ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • leek
    1/2piece
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
  • instant rice
    1bowl
  • Red pepper powder
    1T
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • Soy sauce
    2T
  • Sesame oil
    1T
  • ground pepper
    1/2t
  • Sesame
    1/2t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the onion into big pieces, cut the green onion and pepper sideways, and cut the carrots into bite-size pieces
STEP 2/7
Season the pork forelegs with salt and pepper.

Put some cooking oil on a heated pan
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir-fry until the color turns white.

Add 2T soy sauce, 1T red pepper powder, 1T minced garlic, and stir-fry quickly so that the sauce does not burn.
If it seems to burn, add a little water and boil it down.

Add vegetables and stir-fry with seasoned meat. Stir-fry quickly over high heat so that it doesn't get moist.

Sprinkle some pepper
Lastly, mix the sesame oil slightly.
Next, finish with sesame seeds

Put a lot of rice and put half of it on the plate with stir-fried spicy pork.
