STEP 1/5
First, if you want to use frozen trout, please defrost it.
If it's not frozen, pass this process!
STEP 2/5
Melt the butter lump in a small saucepan.
STEP 3/5
Place in a foil-covered oven frame and sprinkle with salt and pepper to cut the basic seasoning.
Add melted butter to the trout, dripping 3 to 4 drops each, and then evenly spread it over the top of the trout using a spoon.
Then place the minced garlic on top of the trout and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees until the trout is cooked.
The trout was thin, so it took less than 10 minutes to cook.
I used an oven because it was convenient, but you can bake it using a frying pan.
STEP 4/5
Make sauce while grilling trout.
Add lemon juice, parsley powder or chopped parsley and flour to the melted butter and simmer over low heat until slightly thickened.
STEP 5/5
When the trout is done, place it on a plate and sprinkle on top of it with the prepared.
1. You can use other white fish instead of trout.
2. Grilled trout butter is delicious with foods with weak liver because it is difficult to savor the taste of grilled trout butter when eaten with strong liver.
Personally, the food that I think is the most compatible is the most delicious when I eat it with basic spaghetti or pasta.
Basic spaghetti made with butter or salt or cream or cheese only.
3. You can add more lemon juice to your taste.
