STEP 1/16
I'll teach you how to prepare paprika for a beginner chef. First, cut the tip with a knife and set the paprika with the tip facing down as shown in the picture. And cut the knife from the top of the paprika to the bottom of the tip) -> cut it in a circle like this. Cuts down pretty well because paprika is crunchy and not flabby!
STEP 2/16
Then, only the seed in the middle and the tough inner part are left!! The well-peeled paprika is now laid down and shredded with a knife. :) It's not in the picture, but the onions are also shredded.
STEP 3/16
Now that everything is ready, put enough olive oil in the pan!
STEP 4/16
Add all the shredded paprika and onions, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry.
STEP 5/16
When you feel that the vegetables are getting softened little by little after eating the oil!
STEP 6/16
Add 1T of sugar and stir-fry. I used coconut sugar and I don't mind just using sugar or honey!
STEP 7/16
All vegetables contain sugar. That's why it's sweet when heated! Experts call it caramelizing, and a little sugar stimulates the effect!
STEP 8/16
If paprika and onions are a little mushy and give off a sweet scent, reduce the heat to low and quickly wrap around the balsamic beanieger for just two laps! Quick! :)
STEP 9/16
It's heated in the pan, so if you stir-fry it for a long time, the sour taste is almost gone. Taste it because the key point is to leave the right amount of sourness!
STEP 10/16
I put on a beanie and stir-fry it for about 15 more seconds before turning the heat off completely!
STEP 11/16
Lastly, apply two rounds of olive oil and mix well to give it a gloss.
STEP 12/16
It would be great to have fresh basil leaves, but since I don't have them at home, I'll sprinkle some dry basil leaves and finish!
STEP 13/16
Transfer it to a plate as it is, and you will complete a magical paprika dish that will make your dish fantastic. Can you see the empty space? This is where tortilla half-moon pizza will lie down.
STEP 14/16
It smells sweet, right? Because of Binnie's, you can taste the sour taste at the same time. If the texture is too soft, it might not taste good! Paprika's life is crunchy! You can say that it was cooked most deliciously when the crunchiness was left in moderation! It's up to you. It's up to you!
STEP 15/16
I took out tortilla half-moon pizza from the oven. It's pretty cool, right?
STEP 16/16
Paprika can be enjoyed as a side dish while eating pizza, and it's great to eat wrapped in leftover tortilla. :) Of course, you can eat it as a side dish!
I used balsamic vinnigar to make paprika dish more delicious, I think it would be good to use red wine vinnigar :)
