Make red pepper paste sauce (red pepper paste, minced garlic, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil).

Cut the seaweed in half and place the radish sprouts and rice so that the edges are aligned.
Roll the seaweed in the direction of the arrow.

It's better to wrap it right away.
