STEP 1/12
In the broadcast, anchovies were fried in a dry pan to remove the fishy smell by dripping moisture. Doing the dishes at home was more annoying. Spread anchovies on a plate, microwave it for a minute, and leave it for a while
STEP 2/12
Grind the dried anchovies in a blender to make powder
STEP 3/12
Pour water into a pot, add kelp and dried shiitake (optional), and add anchovy powder (about 1T of anchovy powder based on 2 servings)
STEP 4/12
While the broth is boiling, shred the vegetables and prepare
STEP 5/12
When the broth starts to boil, add onions and carrots
STEP 6/12
Add 1-2T of soy sauce
STEP 7/12
Just before adding the noodles, remove the flour and rinse lightly in water
STEP 8/12
Then, put the noodles into the boiling broth
STEP 9/12
Add noodles and 1T of minced garlic
STEP 10/12
Season to taste with salt
STEP 11/12
When the noodles are almost cooked, add the zucchini and chopped green onions
STEP 12/12
Lastly, if you boil it down, you're done with the delicious anchovy kalguksu
If you like potatoes, please add it
It's good to cut the kelp into the right size and eat it together
If you eat it with geotjeori, it's a fantastic chemistry (see my recipe)
