I prepared this for Pepero Day. Green tea Hwinangsi in chocolate
I was thinking about what to make for Pepero Day, and I chose this because I wanted to make something out of the cliche. I don't need to tell you about the meeting between green tea and chocolate. Unlike madeleine, the taste of green tea is made by burning butterIt tastes so good^^

Ingredients
  • egg
    125g
  • almond
    50g
  • Soft flour
    47g
  • green tea powder
    3g
  • unsalted butter
    125g
  • Sugar
    90g
  • Honey
    20g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Bring the prepared butter to a boil in a skillet until brown. Then strain the residue through a sieve and cool it down.
STEP 2/6
Add sugar and honey to egg whites and mix well, then add the sifted powders (thin flour, green tea powder, almond powder) and mix together.
STEP 3/6
Add the cooled butter and mix it, cover it with a wrap, and rest the dough in the refrigerator. Please let it rest for more than 30 minutes.
STEP 4/6
Place the dough in a piping bag and place it in a pan covered with vegetable oil or melted butter until the dough is 80% full.
STEP 5/6
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 to 190 degrees. Please note that the temperature may vary slightly from oven to oven.
STEP 6/6
Put melted chocolate on the whinangsi as you like.
