STEP 1/9
It was a little uncomfortable for me to trim it because the middle was split. LOL First of all, you have to make a cut, but it's convenient to hold the salmon with your hand and roll it in the form of 'n' -> to make it convex in the middle. Because the fish has texture, be careful that if you hold it too hard or cut it with a knife that doesn't work well, the salmon can be crushed. After making cuts 1cm apart, sprinkle salt between the cuts, and massage with olive oil, and you're ready!
STEP 2/9
Grease a heated pan with enough olive oil and gently place salmon skin side to bottom. Season the meat noodles with salt, and do nothing.
STEP 3/9
If you keep an eye on the salmon, you can see the flesh coming up white from the bottom of the pan. When the white-cooked meat comes up two-thirds! I'll flip it only once.
STEP 4/9
Rip the rosemary in the oil and spread it evenly on the salmon steak to make it smell. What am I supposed to say?? You can ask, but the difference between using herbs and not using them when grilling beef is very different from the sky. It can't be helped if you don't have Rosemary, but I strongly recommend using herbs! If the white noodles are full, the salmon steak is ready. It's not hard to make at home, is it??
STEP 5/9
Now, it's time to prepare potato salad! Drain the boiled potatoes and mash them with a fork. If you like the texture that you can chew like the ingredients, you can roughly mash it roughly. Open a can of tuna from mashed potatoes and mix them well with all the oil. Potatoes absorb tuna oil, so the fat doesn't overflow later on.
STEP 6/9
Add a handful of chopped parsley to the well-mixed potatoes and tuna! Add 3T of olive oil and 1T of lemon juice. Mix it well and it's done!
STEP 7/9
You can season it with a little salt and pepper if you like.
STEP 8/9
Scoop out the potato salad first and lay it roughly on a plate.
STEP 9/9
Just put the salmon steak on top of the soft potato salad and you're done with the best salmon steak! If the recipe is 98%, there's someone who can fill the other 2%. Lemon juice salmon and lemon go well together. Sprinkle lemon juice on top of the steak and that's it's done!
