Muffins made from muffins
There are British and American muffins, which are made in completely different ways and in different shapes. British muffins are fermented with yeast and baked flat in a pan like hotteok, and American style is made with baking powder and baked in a small cup shape in a muffin mold. These American muffins are also called cupcakes because of their shape.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add 2 eggs and 50ml of milk. Make bubbles in one direction.
STEP 2/7
Sieve the muffin mix into the foamed bowl. You have to mix it with a sieve to get a lot of air, so the muffin swells up well later on.

Add 50ml of canola oil, cooking oil or melted butter instead.

Stir well again with a whisk for 2-3 minutes. Crush only a part of the walnuts and mix lightly with the chopped walnuts in the batter.

When the muffin maker turns on the red glow lamp, grease it so that it doesn't stick.

Add the dough with an ice cream knit. It is easier to put the dough because it is concave than a regular spoon. It's more convenient if you squeeze it in a piping bag.

It swells, so just add 70-80%. The dough swells up because it heats up while adding the dough. Therefore, it is better to add the dough quickly. Put more walnuts on top like garnish. In this case, it is better to add a slightly larger walnut than a chopped walnut. It takes about 8 minutes for the blue electric light to come in.
